Project Description:

Sanprod is a custom software platform developed for Sanprod Romania, a manufacturer with more than 18 years of experience in producing metal profiles made from steel, aluminum and stainless steel. The solution optimizes production management, human resource coordination and operational workflows through a fully integrated system architecture.

Objective:

The goal of the platform was to create a centralized system that enables real-time production monitoring, efficient resource allocation, process automation and intelligent reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Key Features:

• Order management: entry, tracking and automated processing of customer orders.

• Employee administration: management of roles, schedules and activities directly within the platform.

• Automatic task allocation: distribution of production orders to machines and employees through a dedicated Android application.

• Real-time tracking: monitoring working times and individual performance.

• Reports and analytics: generation of dynamic reports regarding productivity, orders and equipment utilization.

• ERP and CRM integration: integration with accounting and inventory systems, as well as CRM modules for customer relationship management.

Technical Architecture:

A web-based platform hosted in the cloud, complemented by a dedicated Android mobile application and a REST API that ensures bidirectional synchronization between production systems and management tools.

Results:

The implementation of DevTeam ERP significantly reduced order processing time, eliminated manual errors and provided Sanprod management with full visibility over production workflows, employee performance and resource utilization.
